These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Vinyl Institute and any user, and supersede any prior, contemporaneous, conflicting or additional communications, representations, warranties or understandings with respect to the Services and information on the Services. Vinyl Institute reserves the right to terminate access to any user who does not abide by these Terms and Conditions. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of these terms.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vinyl Institute, its officers, directors, employees, members, business partners, licensors, agents and affiliates from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, suits, judgments, proceedings, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
