continues to serve as Chair of Florida’s Statewide Council on Human

economy, business, and society. According to a VI-member survey fielded earlier
this year, the top megatrends that members believe could have the most impact
on the industry are climate change, resource constraints and social
responsibility. Other megatrends identified include transparency, data analytics
and digital connectivity, globalization, new financial brokers, workforce
resilience, populations shift, and health and wellness. This session will take a
deeper dive into each of these trends followed by a panel discussion with VI
members about thoughts on which trends may affect the industry the most.
